Linqto, Inc. today announced that the Company’s Plan of Reorganization (“the Plan”) was confirmed by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. With this approval in place, the Company expects the Plan to be effective and to emerge from Chapter 11 as soon as practicable.
