VP of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources at Linqto, Chez Rueda brings with her a breadth of expertise across multiple fields including Retail, Non-Profit, VC and B-Corp. Most recently at Singularity Group, Chez led the People Function as Vice President where she supported their workforce in educating others that technology and entrepreneurship can solve the world’s greatest challenges. As an HCI-CHC Certified Life and Health Coach, Chez has a unique perspective on supporting the ‘whole employee,’ addressing challenges and celebrating wins through the lens of self-discovery, core values and coaching. Chez also proudly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame de Namur University, the third-oldest university in California and the first in California to offer bachelor’s degrees to women (circa 1854).
