Deborah is a seasoned and passionate lifecycle marketing expert focused on assisting technology startups launch strategies to positively influence customer behavior. Deborah’s expertise includes retaining and expanding customers at scale, improving net revenue retention, and unlocking new revenue potential as customers move through each stage of the customer lifecycle. Deborah attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate education, and received her MBA from USC.
