His previous key legal positions include General Counsel at Osprey Funds, former Assistant Director of the SEC, Trading and Markets and former Partner at Schiff Hardin.  Jack has successfully navigated complex regulatory frameworks, demonstrating a keen understanding of compliance intricacies. His expertise aligns seamlessly with Linqto's dedication to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. Jack's proactive approach extends to dealing with regulatory bodies, ensuring that Linqto's practices consistently meet industry regulations. Beyond the legal realm, he is passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration and compliance within the organization, building trust with stakeholders, clients, and partners through transparency and ethical practices.  Jack earned his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
