Nicole is currently a business consultant working with leadership teams to identify challenges, gather and analyze information, and develop and implement solutions. She brings value to both startups and corporations by conducting extensive research, sharing unique perspectives and insights, and turning them into actionable strategies. Her creative problem-solving mindset and her ability to be nimble has proven to be very valuable for business development in sectors that span from SaaS to social impact, clean energy, and venture capital. Early on, she spent a few years in the consumer packed goods industry in the Mexican market as a market research analyst and a product innovation supervisor. She also has experience in sales, product management and project management and completed her MBA from Hult Business School in 2019. She found her passion for the startup ecosystem when she held the position of COO for a Mexican startup focused on providing accessible workspaces to individuals and teams around the country. The technology developed to build the product was successfully sold a few years after.
