Stephen serves as a Senior Advisor to Parkside Securities, a San Francisco based fintech company simplifying global access to US stocks through regulatory innovation and modern technology. Stephen was formerly a Partner, Director and Portfolio Manager at Citadel LLC in the San Francisco office. At Citadel, Stephen managed an analytical research driven team investing in equities across the Asia and North America Communications, Media and Internet sectors on a market neutral basis. Prior to Citadel, Stephen was an Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Montgomery Asset Management. Stephen is a Chartered Financial Analyst (since 1996) and graduated with a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Sacramento in 1991.
